Our AI stack calculates the rooftop solar potential for any number of buildings for you and automatically reads out all necessary information from aerial images. These are mainly obtained from automatic building recognition and height estimation. Furthermore, roof structures are proactively filtered out as well as individual roof surfaces are distinguished from each other.
Our method is applicable worldwide. Whether for small grid areas or entire states - our AI scales alongand knows no difference. A solar potential grid the size of the Federal Republic of Germany is calculatedwithin a few days.
With a pixel resolution of 20 cm, digital orthophotos provide the basis of our precision. To thecentimeter, filtering roof structures and automatically estimating azimuth and tilt allows us toefficiently and accurately predict the potential net usable area rating.
FIND SUITABLE ROOFTOP LEADS
Based on a standard PV module or the specific module of a customer, the system can already be pre-planned automatically. The planning only includes the pre-calculated net usable area and providesaccurate information about the nominal power of the roof.
By geocoding, the addresses of the buildings can be linked to the companies located there. The roofinformation including solar potential is thereby supplemented by business information to form acomprehensive building report. This allows filtering according to special characteristics such asparticularly high nominal outputs or industry codes.
It does not stop with the roof. We drill deeper and provide information about companies under the roof,potential contacts, industry and consumption. In addition, the information in the building report can besupplemented with further geo-referenced information at will.

Our AI effortlessly recognizes every PV plant from a bird's eye view. Regardless of the size of the area, itcreates an inventory of all sites, helping to monitor the status of the grid expansion. The results are GIS-integrable and can be compared with the known network map.
No matter whether rooftop PV, ground-mounted PV or solar thermal. Regardless of type and size, everyPV system is detected. Clouds or vegetation are no problem. Even false friends like reflecting roofwindows are automatically sorted out as such. At the end, only PV remains.
